Sp982 semi-automatic dispensing machine uses high-pressure air to push out the liquid under the control of foot switch within the set time. It can flexibly adjust the manual and semi-automatic state, and adopts a high-precision digital timing controller to accurately control each titration time, accurate to milliseconds, correctly control the liquid and material flow, and will never waste liquid and material. It can be operated in two ways:

（1） Automatic operation (applicable to quantitative and non timed dispensing)

·Turn the switch to the auto position.

·The correct flow of liquid material can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure and glue output and selecting the appropriate needle nozzle.

·Each time the foot switch is pressed, the liquid material will automatically drip from the needle tip hole according to the set glue output.


（2） Manual (applicable to non quantitative and non timed dispensing)

·Turn the switch to the manual position.

·Adjust the air pressure and select the appropriate needle nozzle.

·Press the foot switch and the liquid will drip out of the needle tip hole. Release the foot switch and the liquid will stop dripping out.
