■ automatic white half correction (reflection) / 100% transmission correction (transmission)

In CM-5, a white correction board has been installed. When the instrument switch is turned to "on", the correction will be carried out automatically, and there is no need to complete the correction steps.

• when the sample is placed directly on the target cover of the measuring port for reflection measurement or transmission measurement in the transmission cavity. When using culture dish or transmission cuvette, it is necessary to manually carry out whiteboard correction or 100% transmission correction.

Transmission: CM-5 is equipped with a large transmission cavity, which can measure samples up to thickness, such as glass and plate, and the cavity boundary is not limited, so there can be no limit on the length of the sample. The liquid sample can be poured into another cuvette for transmission measurement.

■ color index of special liquid in chemical and pharmaceutical field
