Coating Thickness Gauge MT4100
The instrument is a portable measuring instrument, which can measure the thickness of coating and coating quickly, without damage and accurately. It can be used in both laboratory and project site. By using different probes, it can meet the needs of a variety of measurements.
The instrument adopts magnetic and eddy current thickness measurement methods, which can nondestructive measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating (such as aluminum, chromium, copper, enamel, rubber, paint, etc.) on magnetic metal substrate (such as steel, iron, alloy and hard magnetic steel) and the thickness of non-conductive coating (such as enamel, rubber, paint, plastic, etc.) on non-magnetic metal substrate (such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.).
