Fluorinated Ethylene-Propylene Copolymer--FEP (Shortened form:F46), Complete Tra
This product is made of FEP (F46) lining with rubber and is formed to be a round tube. It has capabilities of high strength, strong adhesion, sealing strong, adapt to a wide range of temperatures, long service life, in a full range of sizes, etc.
·High temperature resistance: operating temperature up to (F4) 280℃, (F46) 220℃
·Low temperature resistance: with good mechanical toughness, even though the temperature dropped to -180℃ but also can maintain 5% elongation.
·Corrosion resistance: shows inert for most chemicals and solvents, resist to strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia, and various solvents.
·Weather resistance: the best aging life in plastic materials. Forever never changes its quality in the place of weald and suffered winds and rains.
·High insulation: the best insulation performance, dielectric performance almost independents of temperature and the change of frequency.
·High lubrication: coefficient of friction is the lowest in solid materials, it needn’t lubrication when it is used as the mechanical part.
·Non conglutination: the smallest surface tension in solid materials, it does not adhere to anythings.
·Non toxic: with physical inertia, no adverse reaction when entered human organs as artificial blood vessels and organs for long-term.
